Online orders based in Cyprus, require 1 business day of process if picking up is from our Kennedy Store (Nicosia store). Orders which will be picked up from Larnaka, Paralimni, Limassol and Paphos require 2 business days for the items to sent. Delays may occur if any weekends/ bank holidays.

Due to specific conditions in regard to the destination, dimensions and weight of international orders to countries outside the Europe continent, DIMCO e-shop requires a few hours to finalize any additional freight or tax charges.

During the checkout procedure, the final step for international customers who are located outside the Europe continent, does not include a payment method, as they will be asked to confirm their order by receiving a special dialog message, informing them that our representative will contact them in due course to provide feedback on the final total cost of their order.

International orders will be dispatched via EMS or airfreight (depending on the dimensions and weight of the package), after full payment has been received.

A 1-3 business days of process is required from day of purchase and a 5-6 business days for items to arrive to their final destination from day of dispatch. Delays may occur depending on each country’s postal services regularities.
