Dimco Ltd is committed to providing high-quality products and services. The following terms apply to all purchases made through our e-shop at www.dimco.eu.
1. Return Policy
Our return policy complies with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, including the e-Commerce Law L156(I)/2004 and its Amendment Law L97(I)/2007.
Customers may return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

All seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap are intact.

A copy of the delivery invoice is included with the return.
Return Methods
Returns can be made in the following ways:

In-store: Bring the item to any Dimco store, where it will be inspected and approved by our E-shop warehouse officer.

In both cases, the package must be clearly marked as “E-SHOP RETURN”.
Refunds
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The product was delivered in error, or

The product is damaged or faulty.

Opened items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty upon inspection.

Claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered items must be submitted within 2 working days of receipt. We recommend inspecting all orders immediately upon delivery.
2. Warranty Policy – Dimco Ltd & www.dimco.eu
All products sold by Dimco Ltd and its e-shop include a minimum two-year warranty from the invoice date.
Some manufacturers may offer 3- or 5-year warranties, which are fully transferred to the customer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults only. It does not cover:

Unauthorized repairs
Repair Process
Customers will be informed within one month of submitting a defective product regarding:

The estimated repair timeframe
Service Terms

Repairs or replacements will be completed free of charge if the issue is covered under warranty.

We aim to complete service within one month of the issue being reported, unless otherwise agreed.
If a product is replaced with an identical one, the original warranty period remains unchanged. The warranty does not extend beyond the original coverage period unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions

Returns within one month are accepted only if the items are sealed and unused.

The warranty does not cover items used in unsuitable conditions or with unauthorized equipment.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3. E-shop Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous access to our e-shop, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates, without prior notice.

Dimco Ltd is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the e-shop at any time.
4. Changes to Terms of Use

All changes take immediate effect upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
