Delivery Services

Domestic Orders (Cyprus)

We currently offer the following delivery options for orders placed through our E-shop in Cyprus:

1. Pick-up from Dimco Stores
Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before they are ready for collection. You will receive a notification once your order is available for pick-up at your selected location.

2. Delivery via ACS Courier

• To an ACS Pick-up Point: €4.49

• To your door: €7.49
  Orders shipped via ACS Courier typically require 2–5 business days for delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the ACS Courier website.

Please note: Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Minor delays may occur during public holidays or promotional periods.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via EMS Datapost or airfreight, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on these factors.

In some cases, shipping costs may not be available at the time of checkout. In such instances, a DIMCO representative will contact you directly to provide the final shipping cost and any applicable charges before processing your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress through the EMS Datapost tracking system.

• Delivery time: 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch
