Return Policy

Dimco Ltd is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Return Policy is aligned with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, including the e-Commerce Law L156(I)/2004 and its Amendment Law L97(I)/2007.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

• All seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap are intact.

• A copy of the delivery invoice is included with the return.

2. Return Methods

Returns can be made in the following ways:

a. In-store return
Bring the item to any Dimco store. The return will be inspected and approved by our E-shop warehouse officer before being processed.

b. Courier return
Ship the item to:

In both cases, the package must be clearly marked as “E-SHOP RETURN”.

3. Refunds

Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s). The refund will be made using the original method of payment.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

• The product was delivered in error, or

• The product is damaged or faulty.

Opened items can only be returned if they are confirmed to be faulty after inspection.

5. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for items that are damaged, faulty, or delivered in error must be submitted within 2 working days of receipt.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is delivered.
